Our family have several cherished registrations but this was our first with National Numbers. You do hear horror stories about some dealers but they were great. Quick, responsive and helpful, particularly the admin team who had things sorted in no time at all. Buy with confidence..

Sales team were very helpful on the phone and knowledgeable, they were slow in getting the initial list of available plates to me (Forgot to send the email) but once received helpful in assisting in queries. This is the first time that i have purchased a plate so was not aware of what was due to happen. There was no communication once the admin fees had been taken so i did not know what was due to happen or potential time scales. DVLA notified me the the plate was being issued in to the auction but National numbers never contacted me at all to advise that it was in the auction and they were bidding on it. I was unsure if they were aware and if the bid that appeared in the auction was from them or not. When i spoke to the admin team i was told that there were bidding on it for me but had not advised me as it was really busy when auctions were on....... Surely not that hard to pick up a phone or email. In summary sales team very helpful but admin could be improved with better communication and some sort of guide to what is due to happen for people that have not purchased a plate before. I would use these people again now that i understand the process better

Very professional team making the whole progress go smoothly,in spite of DVLA insisting on an MoT for a 1935 car.Then demanding an inspection afterwards. Would definitely sell/but through them again.

ABSOLUTLY BRILLIANT, TO DEAL WITH,PAUL ON SALES WAS VERY HELPFULL IN EXPLAINING ALL THE DETAILS TO BUY THE SAID NUMBER PLATE, GWEN IN ADMIN SUPERB DID A FAST TRACK THE PLATE WAS READY FOR THE CAR IN ABOUT 10 MINUTES, WOULD DEFINATLEY USE NATIONAL NUMBERS AGAIN,, IN ALL IT TOOK JUST OVER 1 DAY TO COMPLETE MY ORDER!! I would have preferred a bit more hand holding as this was my first purchase, I did not understand the process until Ryan took the time to explain the private plate buying proceedure. Will be using National Numbers for my daughters car.

I was contacted by National Numbers as i had got a quote off there website as i was looking to sell my number plate.Craig called me and said that he may have a buyer for my plate we agreed a price and he sold this for me the transfer and payment went without hitch and i even got a new set of plates for the new number given to my car would recommend National Numbers very pleased....great service thanks
