Good service a bit long winded but due to time of year i think

My ideal personalised number plate was sourced and entered into the Cheltenham live auction. Nice and easy bought the plate and they sorted it all out for my new motorcycle. They sent a plate all I had to do was fit it and all was great. They sorted it out with the DVLA all I had to do was tell my insurance company and that was that ?.
