First contact was good and helped me find number plate that was personal, I was looking at another number at the time. The pack that came out was generally good but lack of clarity as to how much the total should be when extras added. Phone call queries handled well and generally available after a few rings. The actual service of getting a personal number plate is good however people over the phone need customer service training as they sound miserable and don't feel they would go the extra mile fo a customer.
