I wrote a review on the day of the auction, due to the disappointment I felt. I can not emphasize the difference Martin made by emailing me and having a follow-up conversation. Not only do I value the conversation I had with him, I greatly appreciate the service he is providing to me. The follow-up service is more than 5 stars. If you get declined by finance their in house finance is the best. After you finish paying they send your plate.

To be honest I was wary of letting an external company transfer my registration and deal with the DVLA directly, was also expecting the transfer to take ages however it was an extremely fast and kind service when I spoke on the phone and my number plate has already been transferred and new clean plates arrived in just over 1 week.
