As I was new to buying a cherished plate, I rang them and the was given clear and helpful advice. I completed business over the phone - couldn't have been simpler. The plates arrived within two days and the certificate a few days after that. The instructions for completing the changeover were clear and unambiguous. The process of buying the number was smooth and efficient but it was not made clear that the £49.99 that was paid was not for national numbers to do the complete transfer.

I received a call form Craig at National numbers asking me if I wanted to sell a plate I had given up three years prior. I thought at first it was a scam but to their credit once i got my plate back from DVLA and sent the retention to them within 2 weeks the money was in my account. Happy Days !!!! Would defianately trust this company again
