The customer service by this company is second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. Not only would I recommend ....I already have .....and my friend is using this company as well for her new plates

I am in Merchant Navy and I was abroad conducting this transaction on-line & with a few brief phone calls, before I returned to UK. Charlotte was most helpful, and I experienced no glitches from beginning right through to having my chosen plate put on a brand new Harley.

I was very well looked after by a man called Liam, excellent service, number plates arrived within 2 days as promised and paperwork within 5 days as promised, explained everything and said to phone back if any problems sorting out paperwork - excellent service.

In a transaction where buyer/seller and intermediary never meet TRUST is an essential ingredient, and from the outset I felt confident that my sale was being professionally handled, and whoever I spoke to knew exactly what was happening and where we were in the process. Very good experience I ordered my plates and had them delivered the very next dad I recived the certificate just a few days later I recived a good friendly and prompt experience would recommend to anyone

However I was a bit surprised that I was requested to pay a top up on the deposit. Also the actual seller was not as fast in responding, confirming the plate was still for sale and returning transfer confirmation back to the agent, as I would have liked. However once the agent had the seller?s authorisation documents returned, the transfer was completed over the phone, allowing me to start ordering plates etc.

What a fantastic hassle free service this company offer! All done and dusted in two days, couldn't have been easier to sell my plate.
