From my first call to National numbers the service has been first class. All the representatives I have spoken to have been courteous and extremely helpful. My ideal personalised number plate was sourced and entered into the Cheltenham live auction. Guiding this first timer through every stage of the process National numbers bid on my behalf to successfully acquire the number plate I have always wanted. I cannot thank them enough. I was so frustrated to find so called cheaper companies added on charges on the last page once you had spent time with the online order. I hate this practice so it was so good to deal with honest people who kept me in the loop either by phone or e-mail every step of the way. My plates arrived very quickly but I have to wait now for the good old DVLA to send me a new tax disc and V5. Cool plate though for me, a photographer - P1 XCB

I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !!
