Excellent. Sent an email but decided to phone to hopefully make things easier and quicker. I started my enquiry online and then shortly after I had a phone call to talk me through all my options. I had chosen my new number plate which came the next day which was great. 3 days later my certificate came and I could put my new number plate on.
