Fair price, good choice from cheap to expensive, they had what I wanted easy to search - they know the system well. Well organised and easy to contact, would use them again if the occasion arose. Keep up the good work.

I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! I have contacted many companies along side national numbers regarding several different plates. I instantly received a response to my enquirery unlike the other companies I contacted. From the minute I called, the sales person was on the phone to the seller of the registration straight away. Although there were difficulties from the seller of the registration I wanted, he straight away found me other alternatives and completed my transaction immediately. I was contacted frequently on updates of the process and the team were very friendly and attentive! 100% recommend to anyone wanting to purchase a new registration! Really good way of buying personal plates & very speedy service .Every thing done on line even designing your plates they arrived by post within 3 days .I even received an after sales call to see if i was happy with my purchase & the sales team are very helpful .Just waiting for the DVLA to return my log book which seems to be taking forever as im eager to get my new cherished plates on my car !
