It's all so easy and user friendly

I'd used national Numbers previously 5 years ago with no issues, so when I wanted another plate, I called them. Though I had online prices for the same plate cheaper, you have to be careful as to whats been included (or not). NP managed to reduce their price slightly to match others like for like, and the info and plates came through within a couple of dates, exactly as promised.

Having never been in a position to own a personalised registration, I was looking for advice and guidance on the whole process. Dan was brilliant. Polite, patient and informative. Nothing was too much trouble. From beginning to end, Dan ensured that the whole process was smooth and seamless. Great communication. After waiting 18 months to sell my number plate, the seven weeks from NationalNumbers phone call to completion went quick enough ! Not I hasten to add, the fault of NationalNumbers. I suspect the biggest delay was with the DVLA and their processes. The company was very professional, kept me informed all the way and always responded to emails. I spoke to several people on the phone and they were always able to give me up-to-date accurate information. They were courteous and helpful. Anyone who puts the following on their website might appear frivolous but what it actually reflects is a human approach to life and an appropriate sense of humour !
