We all know that the internet is full of companies professing to sell your private registration plate. Look no further than guys. Once interest had been shown by a potential buyer, the procedure was finalised within days. Communication was key. My sincere thanks to Lenny and Gwen. i looked at other sites to be honest when looking for my plate , they had the same plate on offer but national numbers were cheaper , it couldnt be more simpler to buy from them , the delivery of the plates was only 2 days I think 3 max , then the paperwork followed . everything was clear and precise, no hidden charges etc etc , I thought national number were great to deal with , I can only rate them with the experience I had with them , and I don't see any reason this would change for any other customer . cheers nn

Only a few niggles prevents a 5* rating. Certainly, National Numbers have a good website with a great selection, often cheaper than other dealers, and handle every contact with a nice mixture of friendliness and business-like competence. Those niggles: none of the estimates on timings - be that clearing funds, sorting paperwork, managing DVLA were accurate. A little more on-going feedback/updating would have eased all that though; so a thought there for their future.

We had forgotten about my mother-in-law's personalised number plate which we put on retention over 18 months ago. National Numbers got in touch to ask if we still had it and wanted to sell it. They were helpful from the start and after sending off our documentation late on Monday, we were kept informed through e-mail and we had the agreed sum of money in our account on Thursday. Great service and I'd recommend.

The service I received was very good and competent and I was very pleased to receive my documents from DVLA as promised.
