Excellent service and genuine 5 Star Customer service..... From purchase to transfer including plates 72 hours... Stunning and the Ronseal of companies.

Sales team were very helpful on the phone and knowledgeable, they were slow in getting the initial list of available plates to me (Forgot to send the email) but once received helpful in assisting in queries. This is the first time that i have purchased a plate so was not aware of what was due to happen. There was no communication once the admin fees had been taken so i did not know what was due to happen or potential time scales. DVLA notified me the the plate was being issued in to the auction but National numbers never contacted me at all to advise that it was in the auction and they were bidding on it. I was unsure if they were aware and if the bid that appeared in the auction was from them or not. When i spoke to the admin team i was told that there were bidding on it for me but had not advised me as it was really busy when auctions were on....... Surely not that hard to pick up a phone or email. In summary sales team very helpful but admin could be improved with better communication and some sort of guide to what is due to happen for people that have not purchased a plate before. I would use these people again now that i understand the process better

Had a real good experience with this company from the word go. Very helpful as I hadn?t a clue what I was doing!!! this company done EVERYTHING for me all I had to do was send them my old log book. I received my number plates within 2 days. Just fantastic. Highly recommended. Thank you

No problems, excellent communication and very efficient.

They were very happy to give help and advice over the phone. Bought the number online on a Saturday afternoon, the number plates arrived on Wednesday, and the paperwork arrived on Thursday. Excellent, would happily recommend to anyone.

I found that National Numbers had some of the best prices, and they handled the change of number process very efficiently, keeping me well informed of progress right through to delivery.
