Fantastic service from the start - couldn't fault anything, new plates on car and everything sorted in just over a week, would highly recommend to others.
I purchased a plate for my 9 year old nephew ready for when he is 18. The opposition who I have purchased off before were a complete letdown, promising to ring back and did not. Won't mention their name but one of the largest companies - they send regular magazines to me. Could just have been one of their off days. Found them so good in past, but in future will deal with NN. Personalised Number Plates are by their very nature "personal" and the value of a plate is simply what someone else is prepared to pay for it. I would recommend this site as I felt in no way intimidated by the company or it's representatives at any time. I had a valuation from them a very long time ago but at that time expressed my opinion that I did not wish to sell my cherished number plate. However, they did contact me many months later to ask if (A) I still was in possession of the plate and (B) Whether I was interested in selling. Having said 'Yes' to both questions they then asked me what I would be prepared to accept for it, which I replied to. My recommendation is to be clear as to how much you are looking to get for the plate up front so that once into any negotiating you can either accept or decline an offer. The whole process was polite and efficient (my communication was solely via E-Mail). I would definitely consider using this company again.

Staff were friendly and efficient . Plate sourced quickly . Only one slight niggle and that was that it was a gift for my husbands anniversary which I did say and when they arrived he took the post from the postman and it said national numbers on the packaging spoiling the surprise . All in all though great service .
