My local VW dealer messed up the registration of my new car details and sent the V5 form to National Numbers. As soon as Ryan received it he forwarded it on to me by tracked delivery so I could sort it out. I also bought my reg mark from them, very quick & professional. First class service at best price available

A worthwhile and helpful service, providing all the leg-work in obtaining my new plate, and representing me at the DVLA auction. Improvements could perhaps be a better focus on communications (I received several requests for the same information, despite having sent it at least twice), and perhaps some better explanation on what to expect during the auction day, including auction terminology for those of us inexperienced at auctions! Overall however, a positive experience and I would recommend to others.
