Bought a number plate paid a deposit and the confirmed to pay the rest of the balance once the payment has been received. Got a call back to say they want the full payment to speed the process up. Agreed to pay the full balance and they have taken out 2 payment of 5k instead of 1. Still waiting the refund and account is now in overdraft and being charged by the bank. Update have spoke to manager who has resolved the situation still awaiting refund however was kind and courteous and explained it was simply human error and has confirmed the issue will be rectified with 48 hours. Got to say the manager was excellent on the call.

It is the first time that I have used such a service but, coincidentally two colleagues of mine were also buying private plates from different companies. Their experiences were far different to mine. National numbers arranged the sale of my number, there were no silly offers, like other companies, I was paid the amount I asked. I then purchased another number from them, both transactions were completed very quickly with no problems. I cannot praise them enough and recommend them highly.

Good service all happened as it should, only down side was I ordered plates through them and the rear was the wrong size.
