My local VW dealer messed up the registration of my new car details and sent the V5 form to National Numbers. As soon as Ryan received it he forwarded it on to me by tracked delivery so I could sort it out. I also bought my reg mark from them, very quick & professional. This company advertised my Number at no cost to me and after a few months sold it at a price I was happy with. The process, once a potential buyer was found was friendly, smooth and efficient. The staff were helpful and paperwork & payment were received promptly. My only reason for not giving them 5 stars, is that their initial valuation was unrealistically high (over twice what I agreed to sell for) which is a rather misleading way to get sellers on their books. Having compared similar plates on the internet, I believe I've been paid a fair market value for my plate and am very happy with their service.
