Very good and quick service I was unsure of exactly how it worked when you bought a private registration, but when I called to ask, they were very helpful, and explained it easily. No pressure was given to buy immediately, and the man was polite and pleasant to talk to. I wish I could remember his name!!

I was contacted about a reg I had on retention for the last few years. I was made a very reasonable offer and agreed. The National Numbers superb service then kicked in. It is rare to deal with a company that is this efficient. From start to finish the paperwork had been sent out, completed and processed in three working days. Good, quick, reliable service. Easy to follow instructions. Only reason not given 5 stars was the high administrative charge advertised for 'fast track' service with dvla. Which is free and takes seconds on the website (would have been annoyed if I had paid for this 'service')
