I have contacted many companies along side national numbers regarding several different plates. I instantly received a response to my enquirery unlike the other companies I contacted. From the minute I called, the sales person was on the phone to the seller of the registration straight away. Although there were difficulties from the seller of the registration I wanted, he straight away found me other alternatives and completed my transaction immediately. A worthwhile and helpful service, providing all the leg-work in obtaining my new plate, and representing me at the DVLA auction. Improvements could perhaps be a better focus on communications (I received several requests for the same information, despite having sent it at least twice), and perhaps some better explanation on what to expect during the auction day, including auction terminology for those of us inexperienced at auctions! Overall however, a positive experience and I would recommend to others.
