I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. i saw the number on the web site the one that i wanted so got on the phone the next day to order the number that i wanted the on the another end the phone the man was very helpful and tall me all about how to get my numberplate and i thank him very much
