I wrote a review on the day of the auction, due to the disappointment I felt. I can not emphasize the difference Martin made by emailing me and having a follow-up conversation. Not only do I value the conversation I had with him, I greatly appreciate the service he is providing to me. The follow-up service is more than 5 stars. Within 1 week I had sorted & picked out the Private Reg I required for my wifes birthday, i had ordered it and it had been registered and I even had the new plates on her car. Very impressed with the company and its service and I would highly recomend them to friends & relatives.
