As I was new to buying a cherished plate, I rang them and the was given clear and helpful advice. I completed business over the phone - couldn't have been simpler. The plates arrived within two days and the certificate a few days after that. The instructions for completing the changeover were clear and unambiguous. Purchased my first cherished number, F7 BMW, from Alistair at National Numbers. Great service, easy to deal with and also willing to advise on any aspect of other interesting registrations. I also purchased the plates there too with 3D lettering.
