I gave a rubbish review of this company as I was extremely dissatisfied but thought nothing would happen. I received a call from the Managing Director the next day & it was sorted by the end of the same day! Reviews can be powerful & get the right outcome. Customer service is amazing, was so easy to find and buy the perfect reg. My only issue is the fact that you have to buy a set of (very pricey) number plates, like this should be an option, also the plates themselves are honestly the worst ones I?ve ever seen, and for £50 they should be a lot better. Another thing is the transferring of the reg, I feel this should also be optional, I personally would?ve preferred to make contact with the dvla myself. This could just be me missing something on the website...? Other than those minor issues, absolutely perfect, and a pleasure to deal with.

Overall a good experience hence 5 stars. I did find it difficult to speak to the person who I initially set up the deal with, who seemed to be unavailable a lot, but that apart I found NN to be efficient and professional. My unsuccessful auction stake was refunded swiftly and the successful one, concluded without a hitch
