Great service. First time I'd ever done something like this and they were very helpful and efficient. Would definitely use them again if needed in the future!

However I was a bit surprised that I was requested to pay a top up on the deposit. Also the actual seller was not as fast in responding, confirming the plate was still for sale and returning transfer confirmation back to the agent, as I would have liked. However once the agent had the seller?s authorisation documents returned, the transfer was completed over the phone, allowing me to start ordering plates etc.

Vary helpful and explained the process fully. I also had an issue on line with DVLA which they looked into and advised accordingly.
