Had my car cloned after getting a parking fine and the parking company would not accept I was not the person in the photo so changing my number was new to me . The e mail I was sent indicated I would receive mail with a return envelope to return the log book for current registered car, however I received e mail few days later stating I could attach a photo of log book, which I then did and progressed my purchase. New log book received few days later.
