Great service but some advice was not complete

Bought my plate online and a problem occurred .Phoned to check what the problem was and was dealt with by Jill. The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. Fair enough within ten minutes Jill was back in touch not only to confirm all was well but also to state that she had put the relevant paperwork In the post for me. I was very confused when I posted my documants on Monday only to get to my house and find the number plates there. I realized that I had ordered on Friday. The service is too good words - use this company. Danny Kane, Glasgow

Relatively smooth process though there was a difference between the price quoted and the price on the website. Taking my order and money, buying, was simple and easy! After over a week I still haven't had any paperwork though and the money has come out of my account.
