National Numbers were very approachable & helpful on a number of occasions whilst the process was proceeding, I would recommend them.

Really helpful - never done this before so was guided through process. Looking forward to springing my wife's birthday surprise.

Sales team were very helpful on the phone and knowledgeable, they were slow in getting the initial list of available plates to me (Forgot to send the email) but once received helpful in assisting in queries. This is the first time that i have purchased a plate so was not aware of what was due to happen. There was no communication once the admin fees had been taken so i did not know what was due to happen or potential time scales. DVLA notified me the the plate was being issued in to the auction but National numbers never contacted me at all to advise that it was in the auction and they were bidding on it. I was unsure if they were aware and if the bid that appeared in the auction was from them or not. When i spoke to the admin team i was told that there were bidding on it for me but had not advised me as it was really busy when auctions were on....... Surely not that hard to pick up a phone or email. In summary sales team very helpful but admin could be improved with better communication and some sort of guide to what is due to happen for people that have not purchased a plate before. I would use these people again now that i understand the process better

I asked National Numbers to find a specific number plate for me (precise combination of letters and numbers relating to the year my wife and I married and our initials) National Numbers found the plate, got it for me at a reasonable price and handled the transfer smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will use them as my first choice when buying or selling a plate in future.

They were very happy to give help and advice over the phone. Bought the number online on a Saturday afternoon, the number plates arrived on Wednesday, and the paperwork arrived on Thursday. Excellent, would happily recommend to anyone.

Excellent service received certificate for number plate within days unfortunately DVLA aren?t working so can?t get it transferred to the car yet but this is NOT the company?s fault. Definitely recommend

Nationalnumbers had the number I wanted at a fair price. The number plates were in my house within a week with the required paperwork. It really couldn't have been any easier. I would certainly recommend this company.
