4 out of 5. Good service and fairly quick turnaround on paperwork. However all the add ons to the price of the number plates i.e. Printing plates etc are extortionate and there was no option to remove these items from your purchase online. I had to call up to remove the unwanted bits and saved a fortune.

Started with a phone call to verify I was still wanting to sell my plate, then a verbal offer whi ch when accepted was followed by an email offer and paperwork. 2 Forms to fill out and post along with the retention certificate. Sum agreed was deposited in my bank account 9 days later. Can't fault the service - very easy and very happy with the price the plate achieved. National Numbers gave us a professional and efficient service.

I bought my first private registration plate from this company in 1993 and they were very professional then and I have just sold another private plate through them on the 28th FEBRUARY. It was simple as they send you everything to sign and tell you what documents to send back to them. It is better to email them any questions you have and they reply very quickly. As I was new to buying a cherished plate, I rang them and the was given clear and helpful advice. I completed business over the phone - couldn't have been simpler. The plates arrived within two days and the certificate a few days after that. The instructions for completing the changeover were clear and unambiguous.
