Swift and painless experience. I was ordering 2 numbers at the same time so used their sales line. Claire walked me through the process and what I'd need to do once the certificates arrived. Fantastic service and really quick transaction. However the same day number plate service that is offered to transfer to you car is an unnecessary £49. I did it myself in minutes for free. Nevertheless I highly recommend this company.

Valuation was 25% of what the private reg was worth. I did receive a call the next day from an agent who fully apologised for the low estimate as the computer did not recognise the number. The estimate was then changed to a more realistic price. Fast reply and very professional.
