Very pleased with the number plate, easy website to use and great finance options. Lack of communication and instruction after purchase. Found the plates outside my door when I arrived home with no warning. Would recommend but suggest aftersales improvement. Thanks.

I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! Easy smooth transaction, received a very good price for the number I had on my Moped, no problems and both my cheque and the replacement registration were received two days after I was notified that the transfer had gone through. First class and highly recommended .
