Very quick turnaround for paperwork.

Only a few niggles prevents a 5* rating. Certainly, National Numbers have a good website with a great selection, often cheaper than other dealers, and handle every contact with a nice mixture of friendliness and business-like competence. Those niggles: none of the estimates on timings - be that clearing funds, sorting paperwork, managing DVLA were accurate. A little more on-going feedback/updating would have eased all that though; so a thought there for their future.

When I received an offer for my plate from a National Numbers buyer, I was sceptical. I listened to the agent who explained the process and then I researched before taking what seemed to me as 'a leap of faith' with sending off my retention documents and a power of attorney for the plate. I should not have worried! It was the easiest, most pain-free process I have undertaken! The money arrived quickly and exactly as they said it would. I advertised a number plate with National Numbers a few years ago, and received a phone call out of the blue recently saying they had a buyer for my plate. As you can imagine during the current pandemic things did not go according to any plan, and there was a lot of to-ing and fro-ing between myself, National Numbers and the buyer.
