This was the first time I bought a private plate, and had no idea how it all works. The staffs at National numbers were very helpful and explained step to step what will happen. The reason I didn't give five stars is that I feel they need to improve on communication to customers. From when I paid the initial fee, there was no call or email to update me with the process and I have to call them. Super efforts made by very professional staff, A very easy purchase, paid for transfer and plates, the plates arrived on day 3 and within 1 week the car was legally able to have new plates, once again thanks to the team and I await answers about 2nd and third plates.
No reservations in recommending this company and I would suggest you use their transfer service not try and do it yourself, it saves so much hassle well worth the small extra cost.
