The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. Great service and got the plate I wanted. Just one minor thing which was from them posting the certificate to me, it took 8 days to get to me. I would expect it takes no longer than 2 days to receive a letter.

Ordered my new reg on line only took about ten minutes from start to finish, plate arrived within three days, all information was sent to my email and have had updates on the progress.
