This was my first experience with National Numbers. I sold my number plate, and they closed the deal quickly. Very professional service. I was kept updated throughout the sale. It took just a few months to find a buyer. Then another two weeks for DVLA to complete transfer. Received cheque - thank you very much for such a superb 1st class service. I'll be coming back with more number plates with yourself.
Bought a number plate paid a deposit and the confirmed to pay the rest of the balance once the payment has been received. Got a call back to say they want the full payment to speed the process up. Agreed to pay the full balance and they have taken out 2 payment of 5k instead of 1. Still waiting the refund and account is now in overdraft and being charged by the bank. Update have spoke to manager who has resolved the situation still awaiting refund however was kind and courteous and explained it was simply human error and has confirmed the issue will be rectified with 48 hours. Got to say the manager was excellent on the call.
