Bought my plate online and a problem occurred .Phoned to check what the problem was and was dealt with by Jill. The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. Fair enough within ten minutes Jill was back in touch not only to confirm all was well but also to state that she had put the relevant paperwork In the post for me. My local VW dealer messed up the registration of my new car details and sent the V5 form to National Numbers. As soon as Ryan received it he forwarded it on to me by tracked delivery so I could sort it out. I also bought my reg mark from them, very quick & professional. Highly recommend this company and staff.

Same plate as RegTransfers who took a deposit for £1758 for a future registration, and Lenny at Nationalnumbers quoted £899 without knowing what I had been quoted. Thankfully they got it first, saved me £850 and were professional and honest through the whole process. Do hate greedy people.

Only a few niggles prevents a 5* rating. Certainly, National Numbers have a good website with a great selection, often cheaper than other dealers, and handle every contact with a nice mixture of friendliness and business-like competence. Those niggles: none of the estimates on timings - be that clearing funds, sorting paperwork, managing DVLA were accurate. A little more on-going feedback/updating would have eased all that though; so a thought there for their future.
