I spoke to Martin in first instance and he was very honest and straight forward with my purchase, when I paid the deposit. Secondly I also spoke to Stewart as Martin was busy and he to was very honest and I paid the balance of the monies for my purchase. Sold our number and really happy with price agreed with NN. Whole transaction start to finish took 5 weeks - little longer than expected but happy nonetheless. I'd completely forgotten our number was listed for sale with NN then got a phone call out of the blue from Adam asking if we would sell for an offered price which we were happy with. Was a bit of a leap of faith completing the paperwork and handing over control of our number to NN but it worked well and no real hassles. We had to chase up a couple of times (dealing then with Ryan) - seemingly although the buyer had paid a deposit he/she hadn't come through with his/her paperwork and NN was waiting on him/her. Ryan called the buyer and obtained confirmation he/she was going through with the deal then Ryan called us back and advised he would send off our paperwork to DVLA and then send us our cheque - which he did - thank you Ryan. So all-in-all a good deal - we're happy - just the communications from NN side were a little lacking when things got slow - we had to do the chasing up calls (2) but Ryan certainly grabbed hold of it and brought it to a good conclusion for us.

Excellent Service

Approached many other number plate resellers and they all quoted me between £400 and £500 for my plate. National Numbers quoted three times that but explained it might take a while to sell at that price. I was prepared to wait and have just received £1200 (having accepted an offer). The process was completely painless, stunningly fast (with an immediate bank transfer) and I had a real, helpful person at National Numbers to speak to throughout. Would recommend them to every seller.
