I sold my registration with National Numbers, it all went through with out a hitch and everything was clearly explained, I can't fault the service they provided to me, friendly, easy to contact, no high pressure sales, just good advice, I have no reservations about recommend them, truly 5 out of 5. From the Sales Team to the Admin Team, it was a fantastic service. On the car within 4 working days and could have been quicker. This is the second plate I have bought through National Numbers.. they're very good.

Sales team were very helpful on the phone and knowledgeable, they were slow in getting the initial list of available plates to me (Forgot to send the email) but once received helpful in assisting in queries. This is the first time that i have purchased a plate so was not aware of what was due to happen. There was no communication once the admin fees had been taken so i did not know what was due to happen or potential time scales. DVLA notified me the the plate was being issued in to the auction but National numbers never contacted me at all to advise that it was in the auction and they were bidding on it. I was unsure if they were aware and if the bid that appeared in the auction was from them or not. When i spoke to the admin team i was told that there were bidding on it for me but had not advised me as it was really busy when auctions were on....... Surely not that hard to pick up a phone or email. In summary sales team very helpful but admin could be improved with better communication and some sort of guide to what is due to happen for people that have not purchased a plate before. I would use these people again now that i understand the process better

Very helpful, quick, and honest, bought my new reg plate on a fri received them on Sat, got my certificate on Wed and it was all sorted for me. They done the lot for me, I would definitely recommend anyone to use this company, thanks very much for all your help.
