Decided to purchase a new number plate two days ago and i was expecting to have to wait at least a week or two before i could actually change the plate on my car but it only took two days. Great experience, hassle free and extremely fast. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new number plate.

I have to say that all the members of staff I spoke with were friendly, helpful and most importantly, knowledgeable which is more than I can say for DVLA! Everything they promised was adhered to. I received 5 star service from Phil and my mark would have reflected that once he took over my request, prior to that I had spoken to someone who failed to call me back which is very frustrating so my review is 5 stars for Phil and 4 stars overall.

Great service and got the plate I wanted. Just one minor thing which was from them posting the certificate to me, it took 8 days to get to me. I would expect it takes no longer than 2 days to receive a letter.
