Started with a phone call to verify I was still wanting to sell my plate, then a verbal offer whi ch when accepted was followed by an email offer and paperwork. 2 Forms to fill out and post along with the retention certificate. Sum agreed was deposited in my bank account 9 days later. Can't fault the service - very easy and very happy with the price the plate achieved. All went well especially as I was a complete novice. The only comment I would make is that a little more communication to keep me informed of progress would have been nice. I would use them again and I would recommend them.

Easy communications even during Covid-19. They did the DVLA registration on the Wednesday and I got the certificate allowing me to use the plates on the Thursday and the Monday after, the new log book arrived. I could not fault the service.
