If we have supplied you with the registration then the certificate will likely have National Numbers as the 'GRANTEE' or 'PURCHASER'. If this is the case, please contact us for instructions on how to proceed.
When the certificate was issued and when it expired influences what actions need to be taken.
If the certificate expired before May 2011, and has never been renewed, then, unfortunately, the registration has been lost.
If the expiry on the certificate is after this date, then it may be possible to recover the registration.
Depending on the issue date of the certificate, there may be a fee for each lapsed year required to bring the certificate up to date.
In all instances, the most recent original copy of the certificate will be required to make a renewal application.
