The staff were very pleasant to talk to and generally my change of number plate was well handled and processed. One slight hitch occurred when my registration form did not go the right person and this delayed the issue of my new number and plate by about a week. When the hitch was sorted out things then moved very quickly. Overall quite satisfied with the service.

Quick and easy process to go through. Worth paying for fast track. I ordered my plate last Wednesday and just under a week later I receive an e-mail to tell me I can put it on my car. Very happy customer, would recommend.

Purchased a registration number and paid for it with a receipt only to find they do not have the number and it was sold two days previously. I complained and was told a manager would contact me immediately and they didn't so I had to chase them. I would avoid at all costs as they are very cavalier with their approach and do not care. I contacted one of the registration governing associations and they said National Numbers are renowned for this so deal with these people at your expense. I am still trying to recover monies lost.
