Number Plate Auctions

We were approached by National Numbers to sell a number to a potential buyer which was a surprise in itself! They carried out the negotiation without fuss and the transaction was done and dusted in just a few days. The agreed fee was paid into our account exactly as they promised so very happy.

I had previously used Regtransfers to sell my numbers, however after some underhand tactics I changed to National Numbers. They sold my number relatively quickly compared to RT. The staff member called me and told me exactly how much I would clear, rather than trying to get me to accept an amount ridiculously far from the agreed figure like RT used to do. It was confirmed the same day that the number had sold. The only downside was the amount of time it took to receive payment, which was several weeks, and the fact they did not keep me informed of the delay - I had to chase them. Otherwise they would get 5 stars!

Throughout the whole process they kept me updated on what is happening. Regtransfer tried making me pay £3000 on a mark which they got for me for £1600. Just wanted to thank Chantelle, Phil and Jill for excellent support.

Really pleased with the service I recieved. Helpful, straight talking and great with their knowledge. They did everything in their power to ensure the plates were delivered ASAP as they were a birthday present - everything arrived in time. THANK YOU

10/10 can't fault and I very rarely score top marks. Just can't fault this company. Goods delivered as promised, even on a Saturday. Arrived in perfect condition exactly as ordered.

Found a plate phoned got it paid real fast real easy great service ( so I thought ) week later no paper work after being told it be three days . Get a text saying am I still interested in plate (confused ) I phone . To be told they still had it and I never brought it spent 5 mins trying to get to bottom of it when I get cut off ... Phone bank to check it wasn't some kind of scam . The bank confirmed was all above board ( confused ) I phone them back ... To a completely different reply was fully aware it was mine and I would receive it in three days ... I did all good ... Happy now but about twenty mins of total confusion

Advised me when I placed the order it would take 2 to 3 weeks as they were selling the plate on behalf of someone else who was wanting on the DVLA. Took around 9 weeks and not once did they phone me to keep me updated. I had to always call and chase them. Not impressed at all with the customer service. Quick to take your money slow at everything else. Plus £49 for number plates to be made??? When you can get them for £10.50 (a pair) on eBay delivered!!!
