I was so frustrated to find so called cheaper companies added on charges on the last page once you had spent time with the online order. I hate this practice so it was so good to deal with honest people who kept me in the loop either by phone or e-mail every step of the way. I have never bought a private number plate before so to me I was nervous, no idea what I was doing, to be honest.
