Bought my plate online and a problem occurred .Phoned to check what the problem was and was dealt with by Jill. The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. Fair enough within ten minutes Jill was back in touch not only to confirm all was well but also to state that she had put the relevant paperwork In the post for me. Had a real good experience with this company from the word go. Very helpful as I hadn?t a clue what I was doing!!! this company done EVERYTHING for me all I had to do was send them my old log book. I received my number plates within 2 days. Just fantastic. Highly recommended. Thank you

Process took a little longer than I realised but process was simple and straight forward.

I sold my plate through them but was wary about letting someone else deal with all the documentation but I need not have worried. From the first phone call to having the money in my account took just 5 days! Friendly and efficient service from start to finish.

It was an easy transaction, although the guy I was speaking to got a bit distracted. I was surprised to note that the VRM doesnt belong to me though on the paperwork, but to National Numbers and my son is the nominee so this should have been explained better as I'm still a bit confused as to why I dont own it until my son gets his car...quick getting the paperwork and plate though.
