After waiting 18 months to sell my number plate, the seven weeks from NationalNumbers phone call to completion went quick enough ! Not I hasten to add, the fault of NationalNumbers. I suspect the biggest delay was with the DVLA and their processes. The company was very professional, kept me informed all the way and always responded to emails. I spoke to several people on the phone and they were always able to give me up-to-date accurate information. They were courteous and helpful. Anyone who puts the following on their website might appear frivolous but what it actually reflects is a human approach to life and an appropriate sense of humour ! Was Very helpful and very quickly sorted. The only thing I didn?t like was the fact if you applied for finance and they turned you down you lost the intial fee.

Ordered my new plate on the Friday and it was with me less than a week later. I paid the extra for National Numbers to contact DVLA, which was well worth doing - no hassle and stress free
