I registered with them to sell my cherished number. 18 months later I got the call to say they had a buyer. I didn't think it was going to sell to be honest as I had zero contact with them during this time. The process went quickly and the cash was in bank within a few days. Good work !!

The log book was delayed from the garage we purchased the car from and National Numbers weren't only happy to hold the registration number I ordered, they also helped speed things along. Bad initial experience - but since put right. Originally disappointed with the poor response to my enquiries - so reflected this with appropriate feedback. Happily, they then responded more positively and today I was able to acquire a suitable plate within my time frame and budget. So, good news all round.

I had scoured the internet and various Private Reg companies for over a year and have been looking for a plate that is not on the general market, After having been told by various companies and the DVLA that the plate must have been retired and is no longer available, I gave up my search. I stumbled across National Numbers and took a chance. I spoke with Marty who advised me that he should see no reason why this plate cannot be sought. We agreed the costs and process as this was my first time. A few weeks later, I was notified that that plate had become available! Marty explained the auction process again to me and we agreed my maximum bid both over the phone and written. Auction time - I got lucky - No one had bid for the plate except National Numbers and so I won the bid at the reserve price!! Now waiting on Admin to process the paperwork and release the documents to me! Thanks Marty and the the team at National Numbers!
