The website is very easy to use I chose a plate and purchased it. The day after I found another plate that I preferred and telephoned them to see if I could change my order, they said they would try and help me, and they did I now have the plate I wanted. I received the paperwork within a week. They also offer other services in helping you to transfer the plate and arrange for the numbers plates to be printed as optional. Their service warrants a 5 star rating.

Kept me up to date, it only took just over one week to complete everything, they even made my new plate for me and posted it out. They sent all new information to dvla so i never had to do a thing. Valuation was 25% of what the private reg was worth. I did receive a call the next day from an agent who fully apologised for the low estimate as the computer did not recognise the number. The estimate was then changed to a more realistic price. Fast reply and very professional.
