Had no idea how buying a number plate worked. The staff were helpful and explained everything made the buying process really easy. Spoke to them on a number of occasions to arrange everything. It was an easy transaction, although the guy I was speaking to got a bit distracted. I was surprised to note that the VRM doesnt belong to me though on the paperwork, but to National Numbers and my son is the nominee so this should have been explained better as I'm still a bit confused as to why I dont own it until my son gets his car...quick getting the paperwork and plate though.
