Very good quick service only complaint was getting in touch with admin phoned three times told 2nd in Que on phone 5 mins only to have phone put down on me so called phone number to buy put straight on phone strange one pound a minute

Great service from start to finish, personalised numbers plates ordered and paid for on the Monday and arrived first post the next day. Positive proactive staff who were very helpful throughout the transaction. The seller of my plate was dragging their heels a bit with the transaction but the staff at National continued to ensure that things went through smoothly and swiftly one all the paperwork was received.., 5 star customer service experience so a special thank you to the professional and attentive staff!!!

Excellent service

I brought a number plate for my mum, yet I saw a better one few hours later. Although the number plate had already been processed, the team managed to switch it over for me! And got the documents sent to me very quick! Thanks for your help guys my mum loves her new plate

I bought my new number plate and received an email telling me that my purchase had gone through, but I would have to wait for confirmation of my purchase (as the number cannot be guaranteed). This was to be expected as you cannot guarantee a number based on the website stock of private plates. Unfortunately I did not receive a confirmation email telling me I had secured the number plate. I called the contact number on the website and I was dealt with by a very pleasant lady who confirmed that my bid was successful and it would be posted to me shortly. It arrived the very next day and I can only say that I was extremely happy with the service that I recieved. I would definitely recommend this company as their customer service was excellent. My only criticism (positive not negative) is that it would be nice if an email was sent to determine wether my purchase was successful or not. It left me slightly anxious as it was a very special number to me. Apart from that one thing. The company have been excellent. No complaints. My number is with me ?
