I recently completed a purchase of a personalised number plate. National Numbers were the only organisation to offer me the option of the plate I wanted. They told me the upfront cost and the time it would take to get it. Everything went according to plan and I can't thank them enough for making the process as smooth as it could be and for allowing me to get the plate I always wanted. Although it took a couple months to go through this was the fault of DVLA Always quick to answer questions and helpful on the phone the team at national numbers was first class

I had previously used Regtransfers to sell my numbers, however after some underhand tactics I changed to National Numbers. They sold my number relatively quickly compared to RT. The staff member called me and told me exactly how much I would clear, rather than trying to get me to accept an amount ridiculously far from the agreed figure like RT used to do. It was confirmed the same day that the number had sold. The only downside was the amount of time it took to receive payment, which was several weeks, and the fact they did not keep me informed of the delay - I had to chase them. Otherwise they would get 5 stars!

Thanks to Eric at National Numbers who successfully won the bid on the cherished plate I wanted. Absolutely great service totally transparent with open and honest advice. I will definitely be using Eric again!
