Bought my plate online and a problem occurred .Phoned to check what the problem was and was dealt with by Jill. The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. Fair enough within ten minutes Jill was back in touch not only to confirm all was well but also to state that she had put the relevant paperwork In the post for me. I would have preferred a bit more hand holding as this was my first purchase, I did not understand the process until Ryan took the time to explain the private plate buying proceedure. Will be using National Numbers for my daughters car.
